Our events are ticketless. Your booking details will be recorded at purchase and checked upon arrival. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please have your order confirmation email ready when attending the event.

All ticket sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, you may transfer your ticket to someone else if you can no longer attend. If the event is canceled by Eterna Events, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

There’s no strict dress code, but we recommend wearing something comfortable. Aprons are provided, but as this is a creative event, we suggest avoiding delicate fabrics that could stain.

Not at all! While our instructor will guide you through a specific painting, you are welcome to explore your own creativity and paint whatever inspires you.
We allow one-time ticket transfers if you notify us at least 48 hours before the event. Transfers are subject to availability, and a small admin fee may apply.
1. Ticket Purchase & Confirmation
- All tickets must be purchased in advance through our official website.
- Your booking is confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket details. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact our support team.
2. No Refunds or Exchanges
- All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason.
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person, but you must inform us at least 48 hours before the event.
3. Event Entry & Attendance
- You must present your ticket (printed or digital) at the entrance for admission.
- Late arrivals may result in entry delays or denied admission without refund.
- Eterna Events reserves the right to refuse entry to any attendee who violates event guidelines or appears intoxicated.
4. Changes & Cancellations by Eterna Events
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as venue issues or extreme weather conditions.
- In the case of a cancellation by Eterna Events, attendees will be offered the option to transfer their ticket to a future event or receive a full refund.
5. Age Restrictions & Venue Policies
- Some events may have age restrictions based on the venue’s policies. Please check the event details before booking.
- Bringing your own beverages (BYOB) is not permitted at our events. Our venue partners offer a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for purchase.
6. Photography & Media Usage
- By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded during the event.
- Eterna Events may use event photos or videos for marketing and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform a staff member on arrival.
7. Liability & Conduct
- Eterna Events is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the event.
- Attendees are expected to behave respectfully. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
8. Booking Accuracy
- Ensure that all details, including your name and contact information, are correct when purchasing tickets.
- We are not responsible for errors made during the booking process.
